Poly poly core yarn or core spun yarn consists of a high tenacity polyester continuous filament covered with polyester staple fibers. It has the same characteristics of smoothness and dyeability of spun polyester but with much higher grades of tenacity. We are using high tenacity filament of best world producers and high tenacity polyester staple fibers. Always T.F.O. (Two For One) twist, to make it completely knot free. Reverse SZ twist, specifically twisted for sewing thread. It can also be used for embroidery, quilting, weaving and knitting. It is presented in grey yarn color, heat set (steam set) and in dye tubes ready for dyeing. Counts range from thickest Ne 16/3 to thinnest Ne 56/2

Cotton yarn spun with finest Egyptian or Indian fibers (Giza 86, Giza 88, DCH among others). Our yarns are always combed. Mercerized and off white (half bleached) depending on the client’s needs. Mercerizing hanks are always over 1kg and twist is always T.F.O. (Two For One), to make them completely knot free. Reverse SZ twist, specifically twisted for sewing thread. It Can also be used for embroidery, quilting, weaving and knitting. Counts range from thick Ne 17/3 to thinnest Ne 80/2.

Regarding high tenacity polyamide (Nylon) continuous filament yarn, we can twist any count and TPM, as per the client’s needs, in our TFO twisting machines. We twist both Nylon 6.6 and Nylon 6. We always use super high tenacity and low shrinkage filament. We can deliver in dye tubes or in paper tubes. We usually produce from dtex 110×3 to dtex 3.300×3, but we can also twist thinner counts, depending on the clients demand.
